Aegir Foods is a mobile food vendor that specializes in sandwiches, smoothies, soup and drinks. We operate at community events and fairs around Oregon with a central focus on Portland. We aim to bring a smile to every face and put love and care into every meal served. Our menu mostly consists of from-scratch recipes with some additions like snow cones to make that kid’s day. Our chef Evalynn has been in the industry for a decade and has fostered a deep love of food for her entire life.
